MEET EFROSYNI
Developing a winning attitude and overcoming adversity.
For 15 years Efrosyni worked in the corporate world and was highly sought after by some of the leading companies in the film and media industry having worked and represented various companies from Warner Brothers, to Village Films, MIX FM radio and one of the top Radio PR companies in the UK. During that period she was able to dramatically increase the revenue of various companies and in some cases even quadrupled their revenue within a couple of years.
In 2008 she came across the world of free enterprise and embarked on an exciting journey creating a life of true freedom. Through this journey she has been able to set up three of her own businesses, two of them being in real estate, and was able to generate millions in revenue. However following the financial crisis of 2008 adversity hit and within a short period of time almost lost everything!
But as one of Efrosyni's favourite mentors said: 'Adversity causes some people to break and some to become record breakers!', within 3 years she was able to turn things around and is now responsible for developing a sales force that has generated over $1 Billion in revenue and growing exponentially in almost 50 countries!
Her test, has now become her testimony and one of her favourite talks is around Leading through Challenging Times and Overcoming Adversity.
As a coach and mentor to many she has inspired and empowered organisations and thought leaders to discover their greatness and build their mindset for success.
EFROSYNI'S STORY
Efrosyni was born into a traditionally middle class Cypriot family, who immigrated to Australia when she was 10 years old for a better future. The family arrived on the shores of Australia with limited funds and just a suitcase of clothes for their 3 children. Her parents battled through every challenge to provide for their children and it was Efrosyni’s parents’ determination and hard work that set the bar high and helped Efrosyni develop her hard work ethic and tireless determination.
She graduated from university with a Bachelor Degree in Business majoring in Marketing & Tourism Management and for almost 10 years that Efrosyni worked in the corporate world she was highly sought after sales and marketing professional. In all of the companies she has worked for she has successfully worked her way to the top roles and has always been successful in dramatically increasing the revenue of the companies and in some cases even quadruple it within a short period of time.
In 2006 she was introduced to the personal development industry and residual income and she made the decision to get into real estate. Whilst still working full time, she created her own real estate sourcing firm and within a very short period was working on multi million dollars deals.
In 2009 she came across the industry of network marketing and she found her calling of empowering people to live a life of abundance and creating leaders.
During the last 11 years she has created a sales force of over 400,000 sales reps generating in excess of $1 Billion in revenue and growing rapidly.
Learning how to build a solid team and having a strong mentor has been the key to Efrosyni’s success but moreso developing a winning attitude and overcoming adversity.
The power of a good sales team and strong loyal organization within a winning attitude should never be under estimated and that’s why companies put their trust in Efrosyni.
Her passion for adventure and overcoming fears have taken her to over 65 countries in the past 10 years, braving the second highest bungee jump in the world in New Zealand, cage diving with crocodiles in Zimbabwe, enjoying safari in Botswana, Skydiving in numerous countries around the world and zip-lining at Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe to name just a few. One of her favourite sayings is “Feel the fear and do it anyway” and its a moto she well and truly lives by.
Responsible for quadrupling the revenue of many companies within just a few years.
Successfully set up several companies many of them generating 6 and 7 figures.
Through her latest ventures, she has created a sales force generating over $1 Billion in revenue.
She has grown sales forces exponentially in over 50 countries.
